4 full chicken thighs
2 medium potatoes
3 carrots
1 onion
4 cloves of garlic
1 green pepper
1/2 red pepper
Dried thyme

HOW TO MAKE CHICKEN OVEN WITH VEGETABLES:
1.- We put at the base of a baking dish, the potatoes cut into sheets of 1cm thick, the carrot in pieces of a couple of cm, the onion in strips, the chopped garlic cloves and the green pepper and the red also cut into strips.
