RUSSIAN OVEN CHICKEN MEAT FILETS

Very recently, we made some traditional Russian steaks. Because if we like something, it's the recipes of a lifetime. Today we are going to make some Russian baked chicken fillets, which can be accompanied with a delicious tomato sauce. Again, it is a recipe from Grandma. Only with a couple of changes. We will use chicken meat instead of veal, pork or mixed. And we will cook them in the oven instead of the pan, so as not to use oil. With this we will get a much healthier dish, with less fat and calories. If you like traditional recipes, these Russian baked chicken fillets will also delight you. INGREDIENTS OF RUSSIAN CHICKEN FILETS FOR 4 PEOPLE:
500g chicken mince
1 egg
1/2 onion
3 garlic cloves
1 handful of fresh parsley
1 tablespoon breadcrumbs
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper
RECIPE:
Time needed: 30 minutes.

Now let's see how the baked Russian chicken fillets are cooked. Here is the recipe:

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl
In a large bowl, we put the minced meat of chicken, together with the egg, the breadcrumbs, the cumin and the paprika. We also add parsley, onion and garlic, all well chopped. We season it with a pinch of salt and pepper, and mix everything with your hands until you get a homogeneous dough.

We give the dough the shape of Russian steaks
When everything is well mixed and integrated, we begin to shape this dough. With our hands, we take a little of it and make a small steak. We place it on a baking sheet lined with vegetable paper and repeat this operation with the rest of the dough, until it runs out.

We bake the Russian baked chicken fillets
When all are ready, we put the tray in the central part of the oven, previously heated to 180ºC, heat up and down. We let them cook for about 10 minutes. We turn them over and cook them another 10 minutes, until they are golden brown. When they are cooked, we remove them from the oven and serve them.

As I mentioned at the beginning, you can serve your Russian baked chicken fillets accompanied with a homemade tomato sauce. But you can also eat them alone or with the sauce that you most want. You will see how tasty and juicy they are!
